Whilst we can deliver "off the shelf" courses, we'd invite you to discuss your training requirements with us so that we can fully assess them and build a programme of learning that exactly meets your needs and those of your organisation. Please do contact us to discuss the options that are available and when, where and how they can be delivered.
We offer a range of bespoke coaching programmes from working privately with individuals to providing corporate packages for teams and departments within organisations. Prior to the commencement of any programme, we will discuss key objectives to ensure that the prime focus is aimed at helping people develop both as individuals and within the workplace. Whilst there is no set limit to the number of coaching sessions, we recommend a minimum of three, set at regular intervals, to allow for reflection and growth.
Each individual coaching programme commences with the provision of a personal Clarity 4D profile to enable the client to see their dominant behaviours and psychological preferences from several viewpoints in order to gain greater awareness of the impact of those behaviours on others. This is the ideal springboard into the coaching sessions, allowing clients to make conscious, informed choices about what is right for them in their development.
Coaching sessions can be provided in person or remotely.
